Hatha Yoga Classes in Basingstoke, Hampshire
Welcome to Khushee Yoga, where you can relax, take time out and enjoy yourself, all the while becoming a healthier version of you. I specialise in teaching Hatha yoga to individuals of all shapes, sizes and ages. Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, my classes are easily reachable from the surrounding areas of Dummer, Oakley, Chineham, Worting, Tadley, Cliddesden, Sherborne St John, North Waltham and Hook.
Yoga (which means 'union') is a great way to bring the community together, and to build lasting friendships. All students attending my classes are at different levels and abilities, and I strive to ensure all my students feel comfortable during the classes by creating a welcoming space for all.

Yoga is an ancient practice which has gained popularity over the years, and rightly so. The many benefits which can be gained from Hatha yoga are hard to ignore, some of which are improved sleep, increased energy, better posture, and flexibility. With over 14 years experience of teaching, and over 20 years of practice, I have observed, learned and grown, and have reaped the amazing benefits that yoga has to offer.
I hold weekly classes at Beggarwood Cafe in the Park, Dummer Village Hall, Lychpit Hall as well as the Basingstoke Country Hotel in Hook, Hampshire. My classes run in monthly blocks during term time. I also teach weekly classes at Fitness Flex Ltd in Brighton Hill, and Fonseca Fitness Ltd in Houndmills.
